Resolve schedule conflicts

Find and fix double-booked fields or overlapping events.

A conflict is when two events want the same field at the same time, or a team is booked twice at once. LeagueWaves surfaces these so you can fix them before anyone shows up to a double-booked field.

Find conflicts

Open Schedule. Conflicting events are flagged so they stand out from the rest of the schedule.

Fix a conflict

For each flagged event you have the usual options:

• Move it to a different time or a field that's free.
• Change the field if another venue is open in that window.
• Delete the duplicate if it shouldn't exist.

Avoid them in the first place

• Keep field availability accurate — most conflicts come from field time that was marked open when it wasn't (see Set field availability and blackout dates).
• Generate practices and games from the built-in tools, which place events into free slots rather than on top of each other.
• Re-check the schedule after any bulk change or regeneration.
