Post an announcement

Send a one-way heads-up to your team or the whole league.

An announcement is a one-way broadcast — perfect for "bring water Saturday" or "the field moved this week." Unlike a message thread, nobody replies; it just goes out and everyone sees it.

Who can post what

• Coaches post to their own team.
• Admins and owners can post to the whole league.

Steps

1. Open Announcements and choose New announcement.
2. Pick who it's for (your team, or league-wide if you're an admin), write it, and post.
3. Recipients are notified, and the announcement stays visible so anyone who joins later can still read it.

Announcement vs. message

• Use an announcement for a broadcast where you don't need replies.
• Use a message (see Message your team or Send a direct message) when you want a back-and-forth conversation.
