Create and manage seasons

Add a season, set which one is current, and keep them organized.

For league admins

A season is the container everything else lives in — teams, rosters, and the schedule all belong to a season. Most of the time you'll start a new one with rollover, but you can also create and manage them directly.

Create a season

Open Seasons from the Setup menu.
Choose Create season, give it a name (e.g. "Spring 2027") and its dates.
Save.

Set the current season

The current season is the one the app shows by default and where new activity lands. On Seasons, set the season you're actively running as current — do this when a new season is ready to go live.

Good to know

Starting a brand-new season with the same teams as last time? Use Roll over to a new season instead of building it by hand — it's far faster.
Past seasons stay available for reference; setting a new current season doesn't delete them.
Schedules, rosters, and standings are all scoped to their season, so switching the current season changes what you see across the app.
