Create and manage divisions

Set up your age groups or skill brackets — the buckets your teams live in.

Divisions are the top level of your league's structure — usually age groups (U8, U10, U12) or skill brackets. Teams belong to a division, and players are placed into the division they're eligible for, so it's the first thing to set up.

Create a division

1. Open Divisions from the Roster menu.
2. Choose Create division and give it a name (e.g. "U10") and any age or eligibility details.
3. Save, and repeat for each division your league runs.

Manage divisions

• Edit a division any time to rename it or adjust its details.
• Divisions drive eligibility — a player's date of birth determines which division they fit, which is why accurate birthdates matter when you add players.

Good to know

• Set your divisions up before creating teams, since each team is created inside a division.
• There's no fixed limit — make as many divisions as your league needs.
