Message your team

Reach the families on your team with a group message.

As a coach you can message the families on your team directly through LeagueWaves — no need to collect phone numbers or start an email chain.

Steps

1. Open Messages from the top of the page.
2. Choose your team room. Everyone on your team's roster is already in it, so there's no list to build.
3. Type your message and send. Families are notified, and the whole thread stays in one place so anyone who joins later can catch up.

Good to know

• The team room is for your team only — parents on other teams can't see it.
• For a one-way heads-up (like "bring water bottles Saturday"), an announcement is often a better fit than a back-and-forth thread.
• If a message ever needs attention from a league admin, you can report it from the thread.
