Add coaches and staff to a team

Give a coach access to their team's roster, schedule, and messages.

A coach needs to be attached to their team to see its roster, post to the team, and manage RSVPs. You can add someone who's already a member of your league, or invite a new person by email.

Add a coach to a team

1. Open Teams and open the team.
2. Use Add staff and pick the person (or their role, like head coach or assistant).
3. Save. They now have coach access to that team only.

Inviting someone who isn't a member yet

If the coach isn't in your league yet, invite them from Members — they'll get an email to join, and once they accept you can add them to the team. (See Accept an invitation to join for the coach's side of that.)

Good to know

• Coaches see only their own team(s) — roster, schedule, and team messages — not the whole league.
• You can add more than one staff member per team (e.g. a head coach and an assistant), and remove them any time.
• Changing who coaches a team doesn't affect the players on it.
