Add or edit a single event

Create a one-off game, practice, or event — or change one that already exists.

The generators handle the bulk of your schedule, but you'll always have one-offs: a makeup game, a special event, or a practice that needs to move. Those are quick.

Add an event

1. Open Schedule and choose Add (create event).
2. Pick the type (game, practice, or event), the team(s), date, time, and field.
3. Save. It appears on the schedule right away.

Edit or reschedule

1. Open the event from the schedule and choose Edit.
2. Change the time, field, or details and save. Families who RSVP'd are working from the updated event.

Cancel or delete

Open the event and remove it. If people have already been notified, consider a quick announcement or message so nobody shows up to a cancelled event.

Good to know

• Editing one event never touches the rest of your schedule.
• If a change creates an overlap, it'll be flagged — see Resolve schedule conflicts.
